PULSAtron Series D

The PULSAtron Series D easy to set up with scrolling menus that appear on the easy to read 16 digit LCD backlit display. The front panel features a four button touch pad control with internationally recognized symbols for simplified programming.

Six distinct models are available, having pressure capabilities to 250 psig (17 bar), and flow capacities to 48 gpd (7.6 lph) with a turndown ratio of 100:1. Metering performance is reproducible to within +/- 3% of maximum capacity.

Series D pumps continue to meet their specifications for pressure and capacity even during extend use. This is due to our high quality solenoid and special enclosure that effectively dissipates heat.

A straight flow path and ample clearance between the diaphragm and head enable standard PULSAtron pumps to handle viscous chemicals up to a viscosity of 100 cps. Our diaphragms are of superior construction; PTFE-faced, bonded to a composite of Hypalon and fabric layers, and reinforced with a metal insert for optimum flexibility and durability.

PULSAtron Series D can pump a variety of chemicals. Liquid end materials include glass-filled polypropylene (GFPPL), PVC, styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), PTFE, CSPE a generic formulation of Hypalon^®, Viton^®, ceramic, alloys, and 316SS.
