Polyfeeder System

All Polyfeeder Systems come equipped with a powerful motorized high shear energy mixing chamber for efficient polymer/carrier dispersal. This is followed by a diminishing energy blending cascade to thoroughly hydrate the molecules without damaging the extending polymer chains.

Polyfeeder Systems features new Anti-Siphon and Anti-Clog Polymer Injection Quill that employs solids-handling membrane valves for polymer feed, rather than ball and spring checks. This eliminates clogging and valves sticking open or shut, a common issue with other technologies.

The Polyfeeder System is easy to install, operate, and maintain. The unit comes pre-assembled on a rugged stainless steel frame. The polymer injector is always visible to verify blender operation. Unions are placed throughout the polymer and water piping to allow easy access to components with a minimum of tools and effort.

Polyfeeder System comes in multiple models and control choices that allow for preparation of solutions in the matter that best fits the process. Solenoid, gear, and progressive cavity neat polymer feed pumps are available. The system can be controlled locally, remotely (via 4-20 mA signal), or by an on-board PLC concentration controller with touch screen.
