Isochem Series GMH8

Isochem Gear Pumps have numerous material combinations available which makes them ideal for continuous duty industrial application over wide temperature, viscosity, and pressure variations. These self-priming pumps yield a constant volume for a particular drive speed and provide linear pulsation-free flows. They depend only upon fluids pumped for cooling, and are designed with component materials which are inherently self-lubricating.

Isochem gear pumps are easy to maintain. All that is required to inspect the internal components is the removal of a single end plate. Therefore, these pumps can be repaired in the field in a matter of minutes without removal from the system, because the parts are completely interchangeable.

This self-priming, gear pump has 1-inch ports and will deliver flows up to 22 gpm. Maximum rated differential pressure for the pump is 100 psi. Designed for simplified maintenance, the pump may be quickly disassembled without the need to break piping connections.

Plastic and Peek gears are not available on GMH8.

The GMH8 has viscosities ranging from 100 cps to 100,000 cps. Consult the factory for higher viscosity ratings.
